The core committee meeting for SEM 125 was held in the office of the Principal Dr. Peter Emanuel and was attended by the Principal, Bro C.G. Fernandes, Aloke Shah (Trustee) and Mr. Ranvir Singh (President OBA). The following outline for the program SEM 125 was drawn:

2nd Oct.    Marathon Flags off in the Flats and culminates in the College 1st      Field.(open for all)
3rd Oct.    Morning Mass in the Chapel – Afternoon College Fete – Concert in the School Auditorium
4th Oct.    PT Display – OBA sports & athletics – Football match – OB’S MARCH PAST – OBA Dinner at Balrampur House 
Oct 5th     Golfers to report at 0730 hrs at Golf Course. Tee off 0800 hrs. Picnic at Govvies for non-players to start at    1200 hrs. Picnic cannot be held on main golf course but non- golfers can go upto the Golf Clubhouse and Governor's party lawn will also be available. Evening dinner to be held by the school, in the school for all OBs.
Oct. 6th    No specific event arranged but school exhibits will be available for viewing.
